There are two types of information that may be collected when you visit our website. Second, there is basic and standard information collected about your visit by the web server logs and site traffic analysis software.
How do we use collected information?
Personal information that is knowingly submitted by you is used exclusively for the purpose stated on the page that collects the information. That information may be used to contact you, add you to a requested newsletter or for the purpose of general business correspondence.
If you are subscribed to a firm newsletter or communication and no longer wish to receive it, you may follow the instructions on how to unsubscribe that are included in the communication. If there are no instructions on a particular communication, you may contact the firm via e-mail to request removal.
How do we share your information?

There are limited circumstances in which we may share personal information with other parties. These include the distribution of electronic newsletters and communications, to conduct business on your behalf with other organizations with whom you already do business, to comply with a lawful subpoena or court order, to investigate possible crimes including identity theft or fraud, to safeguard the interests of you or Wells Tarkington, LLC.
We do not sell or share information with any business affiliates, partners or outside parties.
